Processing Times:
​All jewellery will be made to order and can be posted in-between two to three working days. (Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery:
Jewellery will be packed in a grey velvet jewellery pouch as standard. If you wish to have the jewellery gift boxed instead, they are available to purchase.  Please add one into your shopping cart. 

Delivery provider will be Royal Mail.
You can choose either Second Class delivery (£1.55) or First Class delivery (£3.05) at check out. 
PLEASE NOTE, the postal address needs to be correct and complete.
I won't be responsible for deliveries which cannot completed because your information is faulty or incomplete.
This also includes availability to take deliveries.

This is unlikely, but please allow from the day of dispatch seven workings days for the delivery of your order -  before it is considered as lost.

​Refunds 
Every bracelet or necklace will be made to order - to your specific requirements.
If you change your mind and wish to return an unused item I will be able to re-use some of the materials, but not all of them. There is also the time factor to take into consideration - the time I need to make the jewellery, to pack and to post. Therefore I am not able to offer full refunds.

Returns have to be packed in the original packaging.  Return postage is liability of the buyer. Please chose a tracked service - I am not responsible for returns lost in transit.
